Conclusive Paragraph

In conclusion,  the city of Caracas is one of the most dangerous cities in the world; where there are 20-40 deaths per weekend and it is the house of the biggest neighborhood in the world. The city is known because of it's kidnaps and murders; not only that, but in other countries they just know about Caracas because we are in the top 10 cities you wouldn't like to visit, and I think that this impression must be changed so our beautiful city, sorrounded by the beautiful Avila, advance and don't become the Habana during Fidel Castro's rule, an Habana that suffered a total isolation and one of the highest ranks of criminality. So I give this call to all Venezuelans,  let's give our city a change! Let's give our family a change! Let's give ourselves a change!

Here in Caracas, the average death in a weekend is between 20 - 40 deaths from unnatural causes like murders. The city of Caracas, is the house of the biggest neighborhood, called Petare, which is the house and the center of the main gangs of criminals of the city. The people who aren't criminals, that live there in petare, live in fear, because they know the situation of their neighborhood and they know what might happen to them if they get involved with the gangs.

In Caracas, there are some streets and Avenues that are labeled as highly dangerous. The highly dangerous streets are the ones that have been the place of several crimes. If a municipality is very dangerous, like it is Petare's case, it is considered red-zone.
